Beginner Level (Khan 1–3)
Most students complete the beginner phase within 4 months, building strong fundamentals, discipline, and confidence before progressing to intermediate Muay Thai training.
Students typically spend 6 months in intermediate training, where they develop timing, endurance, controlled sparring, and real Muay Thai skills.
Students at this level are considered ready for competitive Muay Thai preparation.
With consistent training 3-5 times per week, most students can become fight-ready within approximately 12 to 18 months.
